He told me to lie in court

I hired him for a modification of time sharing. The day of the hearing he told me to lie in court. I toll him that I didn't want to, but he told me that if I didn't I could lose my children. He never reviewed my evidence, and during the hearing he didn't defend me. I'm not a religious person, and ...I told him that from the beginning. But he clearly had issues with that.
