Biography
Bruce Culbert is an experienced trial lawyer with over 15 years experience exclusively devoted to criminal defense at both the state and federal levels. He has defended individuals charged in a wide range of criminal cases throughout North Florida, including all types of drug offenses, Federal drug conspiracy charges, white collar crimes, homicide, violent crimes, sex crimes, DUI and violations of probation. He served as a past President of the Clay County Bar Association and has been admitted as an Attorney and Counselor for the Supreme Court of the United States, Supreme Court of the State of Florida, and the Federal Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. Mr. Culbert is a member of the United States Criminal Justice Act Panel, National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, Florida Bar Criminal Law Section, Duval County Bar Association and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. He is an honors graduate of the Florida Coastal School of Law.
