Retained this attorney for family law in a divorce proceeding where former wife had removed things from the home and was not allowing me to see my child. While waiting to be served the dissolution petition, my former wife filed a false police report alleging that I brandished a firearm. Two days l...ater my former wife filed a petition for injunction for domestic violence regarding the same incident she filed the police report for. The petition grossly contradicted the police report and I had witness and physical evidence supporting my innocence. We are talking about a serious allegation and in the petition my former wife was asking the courts to strip me of my parental rights. I stood the chance of losing everything. I was never questioned, charged or arrested but that police report was faxed from the sheriffs office directly to my employer. I never had to open my mouth in the injunction hering and her petition was denied. I never got to present my testimony and evidence that my former wife lied and made false allegations in an attempt to sway the courts. This attorney KNEW I was innocent and that the evidence was strong. I asked her to counter petition for court costs regarding the injunction. First I was told to wait and that it wasn't the time. My former wife continued her actions and I contacted this attorney every time. All she did was email my former wife's attorney directly. Nothing was ever resolved. In the end, this attorney never fought back and told me "go file with the state attorney's office." This attorney huffed and puffed and has done nothing but ruined my life. Justice was never served and she did not fight for what was right.. Highly recommended you avoid this attorney.

Tina has no since for details. Everything she told me I was agreeing to is not what was going on at all and me trying to follow what she told me was the case is not how it was worded. I told her specifically I wanted something in there she told me I didn’t need to say that because it was covered and ...here I am 6 years later still being told what I agreed to is not what I agreed to at all! I tried calling her office to discuss the issues and wanted to charge me $250 and hour for her mistakes. Lawyers should have to have an insurance or guarantee policy for their services just like most businesses do. They charge more than people can afford and dont have to follow through or back up their work. It’s ridiculous and sad.
