The case expenses gathered rather quickly and the final decision of the Judge didn't reflect the real picture. He was truly upset. We parted ways and I recused the Judge Pro Se. It's an uphill battle for fathers, especially in Marion County. He did his best. Wish I was charged less. I don't understan...d all his fees. Now it's been up to me alone to fix the destruction to the case the Judge caused. He really cares though and does try. That's more then most lawyers.
