We also offer coverage opinions and prepare reservation of rights letters for when a defense is tendered despite reservations concerning coverage.
I represent employers, insurers, and self-insurers in claims in both the Georgia State and US Longshore (LHWCA/DBA/USDOL - federal) forums. My practice reaches far beyond mere defense of claims to coverage opinions, insurance policy defenses, compliance, and risk reduction/prevention.
