After. A horrible experience with another attorney in town it was refreshing to meet someone so down to earth and welcoming. Mrs. Long has taken her time to make sure we were made aware of our options and all of our questions were answered. We have had two appointments with her and she has been great at both appointments and even though we required a second consultation she did not bill us for it . This has been a stressful and embarrassing situation to be in and unlike the other attorney I dealt with, Mrs. Long and her staff have been kind, and nonjudgmental . I would reccomend her to anyone.

Valerie personally called me to schedule an appointment. However, upon arrival I was forced to take the back seat to an established client who'd arrived an hour early for her appointment. So I was met with a woman who didn't introduce herself, to include name and title, for all I know I was speaking with a Secretary because she had no knowledge of anything other than the clerical aspect of filling. I found this experience to be very unprofessional, discourteous, a waste of my time and, most importantly, an ominous sign of what our professional relationship would be like. STAY AWAY!
