Case: One year Spousal Support - Loss of Spouse Upon initial contact with Mr. Klepak's office, I received professional, courteous service. My mind was quickly put at ease when Mr. Klepak assessed my case and told me exactly needed to be done, what I needed to submit and approximately how long it sh...ould take to resolve the case. He didn't just accept what I said I wanted to be done, but told me exactly what needed to be done to best benefit me and my family. Once I submitted everything he requested, my job was done; he and his staff took it from there. My case is complete in the manner he said it would be. I'm so happy I chose Mr. Klepak's office, as doing so lifted a huge burden off my shoulders during an already highly stressful time. Mr. Klepak oversaw a fairly complicated Will Probate for me that another attorney failed to complete due to inattentiveness and incompetence. I was initially wary because of the previous attorney’s severe and rank ineptitude. That previous attorney was not one worth getting up early for. But Mr. Klep...ak allayed those concerns quickly by getting things done. He was upfront and concise. What he could do and what he couldn’t. What you, the client, can do and what you can’t. He responded to every email and phone call. And whenever something new happened; he didn’t hesitate to explain or make one aware. This other attorney, you could call and email early as possible, but would either not respond or would force you to talk to snarky secretaries. Not so with Mr. Klepak. He, or his wife, will get to you with the real answer and will explain everything to you without being vague nor unnecessarily abstract. His timelines were accurate and his rates are quite fair for his services. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Klepak. My case was emotionally draining and I had already had such a negative experience with an earlier attorney , but Mr. Klepak certainly worked hard, made no excuses, and was never unreachable. And he got results.
