Double Administrations
Mar 21, 2023OUTCOME: Clients goal of receiving title to all of his parents assets, including two houses met.
Both of client’s parents were deceased, with his mother having died first and his father last. No Probates had previously been filed for either Estate. Neither parent had Last Will and Testaments. C ... lients mother owned two houses, one separately and one jointly with his father. Client needed all assets transferred to him as the only child born to either parent. We filed Administration Petitions for both parents Estates in Probate Court making my client the Administrator of both. We then prepared and filed Administrator Deeds from the Mother’s Estate to the client and the Father’s Estate and from the father’s Estate to my client for both parcels of realty.
