Maxine Hardy

I was referred to Ms. Hardy after another attorney had screwed me over in a divorce. She was very professional and compassionate. Got my divorce completed in a timely manner. The price she charged me was very reasonable compared to the other attorneys I spoke with. She was always available when I c...alled if not she called me right. Her staff was exceptional. I would highly recommend Ms. Hardy.

Never go to Maxine Hardy! She over charges you and then does absolutely nothing she is supposed to do. They screwed up my papers which stalled my case even more then Maxine had already done. She is the sorriest excuse for a lawyer I have ever seen in my entire life. I now have hired another lawyer to... help get my well deserved money back and to get what I paid Maxine to do in the first place! Please do NOT waist your time and money.

Please save your money. She will encourage you to settle your case because she is scared of the Judges and other lawyers. You will never receive your final paper work on time or at all. I had to go to the court house to pick up my own papers. I had a hard time getting the rest of my retainer back ...from Cassie ( receptionist) . Maxine will never return your calls and charge you for work she has not done! My order has hand written by her and the opposing attorney, but she charged me for a hour on my work sheet. Don't use her. She is truly a sorry lawyer.
