It's been 3 years since I hired Mr. Kirby to handle my divorce and custody case and I am still married. He is too busy with criminal cases to deal with anything else. Emails, texts, and voicemails will all go unanswered for weeks at a time. I had to hire another attorney to finish out the process. L...ook elsewhere for legal counsel.

Hired him to take care of my divorce almost 2 years ago. Im still married!! Will not answer phone calls or even pick up certified letters that have been sent to him. It is really sad when you call to consult with another attorney and they ask who you currently have hired and you tell them and they LA...UGH! Went 8 months with no child support because he would not file the paperwork. The whole situation has been a nightmare!!!

Mr. Kirby helped me get power of attorney for my dad who couldn't do for himself and was taken advantage of by his now ex-wife. He also made a new will for my father. He was very easy to talk to and he made himself easily contactable to us. It blows my mind to read some of these negative reviews. He ...is a great lawyer and I highly recommended him if you ever need a lawyer!

I started a Divorce around April 2014, after paying Mr. Kirby 1,000 dollars before leaving for Korea in Nov 2014 he told me I was okay and he would handle and he never did. I came back to the states to visit in Sept of 2014 and went to his office to find out why my still Husband had not heard anythin...g from Mr. Kirby and he said my husband never answered the phone. I also got my husband to come in while I was in the states and we both signed there in the office and his assistant at the time had it notarized right there and then. I was happy because I was leaving that very next day to go back to Korea and I felt my Divorce would be done in a month now. I called home and the lawyer to see if I could get a copy of the Divorce only to find out he has not FILED the papers at all. I came home again after learning he has never filed my Divorce and I went to his office, left notes and my new number as well as my mothers house number there in Columbus and nothing I heard nothing from him. He will not answer the phone neither the door when I was home. I even asked for my papers that are signed and notarized already so I could file myself and I heard nothing back from him.
