William Leslie Kirby III

Mr. Kirby was hired over four years ago to handle my divorce. Needless to say I AM STILL MARRIED. He will not return my calls, texts or emails nor will he answer the door when I stop by. He has been paid in full since day one and not done a single bit of work for me. I highly recommend for you to NO...T ever hire this man. He is a criminal and will do nothing but take your money. I am in the process of contacting the Georgia Bar Association to inform them of the many people, including myself, that he has ripped off.

I started a Divorce around April 2014, after paying Mr. Kirby 1,000 dollars before leaving for Korea in Nov 2014 he told me I was okay and he would handle and he never did. I came back to the states to visit in Sept of 2014 and went to his office to find out why my still Husband had not heard anythin...g from Mr. Kirby and he said my husband never answered the phone. I also got my husband to come in while I was in the states and we both signed there in the office and his assistant at the time had it notarized right there and then. I was happy because I was leaving that very next day to go back to Korea and I felt my Divorce would be done in a month now. I called home and the lawyer to see if I could get a copy of the Divorce only to find out he has not FILED the papers at all. I came home again after learning he has never filed my Divorce and I went to his office, left notes and my new number as well as my mothers house number there in Columbus and nothing I heard nothing from him. He will not answer the phone neither the door when I was home. I even asked for my papers that are signed and notarized already so I could file myself and I heard nothing back from him.

Hired Mr. Kirby to file a Child Support Modification on June,2011. Didn't hear from him by Sept.2011 He said he forgot, and filed it then. He was also supposed to file a contempt. (he never filed the contempt ever) He never had the person served with the proper paperwork, his office rarely if ever re...turns phone calls, he never returns email, his receptionist might return the occasional email. communication is horrible. If you schedule an office visit, he cancels and reschedules at least 3 or 4 times before you actually get to see him, sometimes canceling as late as 10 minutes before your appointment time. My case NEVER even got into a court room, Mr. Kirby didn't even tell me about court papers that came in about my case. My case is still on the docket, I fired Mr. Kirby and hired someone else! STAY AWAY from this Attorney!
