I will never hire this lawyer again. He did not even do anything on my case. I would have gotten the same program I'm in now if I had not even hired a lawyer. I know this because I have talked to others with the same charge. He told me that he could get it fully dismissed and actually guaranteed it t...o me. Instead he did absolutely nothing.

Bobby Jones deserved a standing ovation after my case was over. I was arrested for having a small amount of cocaine and was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. I don't know how he did it, but he was able to get it reduced to a misdemeanor possession of a drug object, which is al...most unheard of. Bobby saved my life with that one. I was never more elated in my life than the moment the judge basically threw it out under the first offender act and gave me just one year of unsupervised probation and a small fine. I have since learned my lesson and have cleaned up my act and am now flying straight. I owe Bobby a great deal of respect and gratitude. If you are looking for a great lawyer, hire him. Mr. Jones went above and beyond the call of his duty to remedy my case, had I been paying him by the hour I probably would have had at least a 20 to $30,000 lawyer bill. My fee was nowhere near that. I was charged with Manufacturing a large amount of marijuana plants. I was also charged with the int...ent to distribute and possessing drug paraphernalia. The police did a three week investigation on me and my property, which included surveillance, running a drug dog around my property. They also flew my property by helicopter which the recorded a high heat signature from my house. I am very lucky and thankful to have him represent me.

Mr. Jones represented me very well. He was always available and if he was out of office he would promptly return the call. He managed for me to maintain my license even though I was involved in an accident with an expired license. Mr. Bobby Jones represented our teenage family member (James) in November. Although a first time offender, James was given multiple DUI charges as well as some others of questionable validity.
