Replied last November 04, 2015Wow", first time in 36 years of practice I have gotten a reaction such as this. First, I would NEVER guarantee an outcome. Secondly, I work hard on EVERY case, as every case IS IMPORTANT to me (not only for the outcome for my client but, because of my personal reputation! Thirdly, the "alleged client" has not voiced these objections directly to me. If this IS an actual client, I would appreciate him or her contacting me. I can think of no client of mine who would feel this way and would not have already voiced these feelings to me or my staff.
