Mr. Jones represented me on firearm charges. I was previously convicted of a felony and federal charges. The previous lawyer I had was offered to plead me guilty and I would have gotten a year to serve in jail. I then hired Mr. Jones. He represented me and was able to work out a probation sentence af...ter he had threatened to file a motion to suppress and go to trial. He spent a lot of time and effort on my case and obtained evidence which convinced the DA not to send me to jail. I live in another city and Mr. Jones always returned my calls and kept me informed as to what was going on in my case. Mr. Jones helped us with our mother's estate, having to do a search for a person who witnessed the will that could not be found. Mr. Jones went above and beyond the call of his duty to remedy my case, had I been paying him by the hour I probably would have had at least a 20 to $30,000 lawyer bill. My fee was nowhere near that. The police did a three week investigation on me and my property, which included surveillance, running a drug dog around my property. Three detectives train in detecting the smell of raw marijuana (growing )also did surveillance on my property. All three reported that they smelled raw marijuana. Mr. Jones represented me very well. He was always available and if he was out of office he would promptly return the call. He managed for me to maintain my license even though I was involved in an accident with an expired license. Bobby Jones got my case thrown out, without even having to have a hearing. He also cares, because he will tell you that he hopes he doesn't have to represent you again and hopes you don't get in trouble again and gives you good advice about staying out of trouble and moving forward with a productive life, and he hopes the only thing you need him for later is to do a will or something like that for you.
