About Lindsey
Biography
After over 10 years of criminal law with both the District Attorney's Office and the Public Defender's Office, I have opened my own firm - Lindsey Brown Law LLC - in Columbus, GA. I represent clients in the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit, to include Muscogee, Harris, Taylor, Talbot, Marion and Chattahoochee Counties.
My practice focuses on the defense of misdemeanor cases (such as traffic charges, DUI, disorderly conduct, theft, simple assault and battery, etc.), and select Felony cases (such as drug possession, theft, terroristic threats, property crimes, fraud, etc.). I also do a portion of Family law cases, including uncontested divorce, legitimations, and adoptions.
I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and my Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law. I look forward to helping you with your legal needs. Go Dawgs!
