Cynthia Maisano

We've used Cynthia during a family court case for custody. Cynthia was very blunt with telling us all information about what ALL possibilities were and what all we would need for the case. She was very quick to respond to emails and phone calls, she also was easily scheduled for an in person meeting ...if need be. She does not charge by the hour like other lawyers and instead charges a flat fee, so she is clearly not just in it for the money. I would recommend her again if you are going through a custody battle and want someone who tells you all possibilities bluntly and actually LISTENS to what you are saying.

After dealing with this attorney, I believe she is very intimidated by law. She doesn't understand the areas she is practicing. It's impossible to have a conversation as she loses train of thought and stutters frequently. I've actually never heard her formulate a complete thought aloud. She also nev...er responds to any sort of communication.
