I would put zero stars but that isn't an option. In rank order, she is frankly the worst lawyer out of 5 I have hired. Everything in this review is factual and true. I have used Tina twice plus once for court ordered mediation - and all three times were negative experiences. She did not seem agg...ressive in representing our interests and not interested in litigating, something that would have been good to know prior to the literal day before the hearing. Tina ran out our retainer over the course to two years, then quit on us (petitioned for withdraw) less than 24 hours before our case was to go before a judge after waiting over two years to get to a hearing. She literally did that to us when we refused to settle even though she agreed our case was pretty strong. Didn't even bother to inform us she was filing a motion to withdraw until after she had told the judge she was quitting. If you are forced to hire her because you have no choice I recommend you DO NOT pay much in advance and pay as you go, otherwise your case will go to the bottom of her stack as she burns through your retainer; at least that was our experience. The first time I used her services, I had to basically force her to ask for attorney fees because according to her she had never seen a judge grant those. Guess what, he did. Much better lawyers in Columbus or Atlanta. This review and the events that occurred are 100% accurate and true.
