Kevin Cauley is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, a Fellow of the Lawyers Foundation of Georgia, and a member of the South Georgia and Thomas County Bar Associations. He currently serves as general counsel for Grady County and the City of Whigham. He is affiliated with the Thomas County Board of Realtors and serves as local counsel for the Southwest Georgia Board of Realtors. He began his practice in 1997 in Cairo, Georgia. In the spring of 2012, he joined with attorney Vann K. Parrott joined the firm McCollum & Rawlins with roots running deep in their legal community. In 1931, E.P. McCollum started practicing law in Thomasville, Georgia. His sons, Paul McCollum and Elliott McCollum, joined him in 1964 and 1971 respectively. In 1976 Charles “Chuck” E. Rawlins joined the firm at its current location, originating the firm known as McCollum & Rawlins. Since its inception, this firm has solidified a reputation for high quality legal services. The firm has now grown to be known as McCollum, Rawlins, Cauley, & Parrott, LLP and the attorneys associated with the firm maintain offices in Thomasville, Cairo and Quitman, serving clients throughout Southwest Georgia.
