I was recently in my first accident as a result of another distracted driver and sustained an injury that required surgeries. We met with him, and he was very informative as to what his r...esponsibilities were going to be. We felt very confident that Mr. Lindquist had plenty of experience and knowledge to help us in every aspect of this case. We received a rental car in a timely fashion to temporarily replace the totaled vehicle. Our bills were able to be put on hold so very minimal had to be paid up front. Mr. Lindquist worked with the insurance company and was able to get us more money than we at first expected. After each step in the process, like surgeries and insurance business, we would get a call from the law firm to check up on me and keep us informed. When the money became available, they made sure to go ahead and pay any outstanding bills that were still due, leaving us with no bills that may have gotten overlooked and caused some trouble. They really took care of everything. Using this law firm and Mr. Lindquist was the easiest part of this entire experience. Aside from Mr. Lindquist, the receptionist in this firm and Mr. Lindquist's assistant make every effort and go above and beyond to make the client feel important and welcome. Now that everything is said and done, I would most definitely choose Mr. Lindquist for another auto accident case. I would definitely recommend him and this firm to anyone!

We were involved in automobile accident, that wasn't our fault. We knew of another lawyer in this practice and had contacted his secretary. She referred us to Mr. Lindquist. From the very beginning Mr. Lindquist was concerned with our medical care, our health as well as our bills being paid timely... from the car insurance. All we had to do was once the bills came in was take them to his office. We were never contacted about any payment. The extensive damage to our car, Mr. Lindquist told us the options we had. Again this was taken care of, from getting our car fixed, to getting us a rental car, Mr. Lindquist took care of everything. Mr. Lindquist was on call for us 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
