Jeanie K. Tupper

I hired Jeannie Tupper upon exit from the military. I had a 100% disability rating from the VA medicines and what I felt was a solid case. First I never met the woman. She sent someone to my hearing who waited until 5 minutes before the hearing to explain that she would not be speaking but I would ha...ve to do all the talking. They did not properly request paperwork. I provided them with all needed paperwork. She fumbled up a good case. They would not file an appeal and I could not see Tupper to get any real answers. Time passed to the point now where I would have to start all over again. It's not fair but as a lawyer there was nothing she did except try to be in place to capitalize on what they may have thought to be an easy win. As a law office I would strongly ward off any suitable cases looking for help at that office.
