Excellent attorney
Very professional; offers sincere advice and education about the estate planning and trusts. We were so impressed that someone so youthful was so knowledgeable and able to relate to us as we discussed our needs in the planning of our wills and trusts. We recently learned that she became a full partner with the Bennett Firm.

Medicaid application
Marnie was exceptionally helpful in doing all the necessary paperwork and submittals in order to qualify our sister for Medicaid. She was discreet, thorough and professional.

Estate Assistance
As an Administrator for an estate, I had sought legal assistance from an attorney who turned out to be not that proficient in estate matters. I subsequently engaged Ms. Watson and not only became convinced that she was very knowledgeable in estate matters, but also found her to be very easy to converse with. Through her efforts she was able to negotiate a favorable settlement of the estate. We have all heard the lawyer jokes....could never think of one that would be applicable to Ms. Watson. If you retain her services, you will not be disappointed.

Marnie Watson
Last year when my Father was terminally ill and in the nursing home, my Mother and I enlisted Marnie's services for guidance and assistance. She directed us every step of the way in attempting to obtain Medicaid for my Father to help pay for his nursing home care. Sadly, he passed away just a couple of weeks before he would have been eligible. She was so kind and caring during this process and skillfully directed us every step of the way. This was an area that was foreign and unfamiliar to us and she made the process more understandable. After his death, she helped us prepare health care directives, a will and power of attorney for my Mother for future use. I highly recommend Marnie, as she is not only a highly skilled and competent attorney, but she also has such a truly sweet and caring spirit for those she is helping.

Medicaid Application and Wills
Ms. Watson is intelligent, knowledgeable in the field of elder law, and has a pleasant personality. She is available by telephone, answers e-mail promptly and accepts electronic documents. Ms. Watson was careful to ask me to provide information a little at the time, which kept me from being overwhelmed by the very involved Medicaid application process. As a courtesy to me, she provided ways to send her the volumes of required information so that I did not have an hour's drive to get it to her. She accomplished each task with expertise.. She met with the Medicaid representative and overcame each obstacle. She drew up a complete will for me and helped me with related items. Her fee is reasonable and well worth it because of the money she saved me and the mental anguish she alleviated.

SATISFACTION
We found Marnie's team at a desperate time in dealing with Dad's declining health necessitating nursing home placement and Medicaid application to protect assets for Mother's financial comfort. They saved our sanity. We were treated with care and respect for our best options all around. We cannot praise their assistance, professionalism, and blessed decency to us at every turn. It is with absolute and utmost admiration that we recommend this team for any and all issues involved with estate planning and Medicaid services.
