Born and raised in Jesup, Georgia, Tracy is married to the former Michele O’Quinn.  Together they have three children, Dylan, Keri, Kaydin and one grandchild, Myla.

Upon graduating from Wayne County High School, Tracy attended Georgia Southwestern University and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. While working as an Intensive Probation Officer for the State of Georgia, Tracy began law school at Florida Coastal School of Law and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2001.
Mr. Brown’s practice has predominantly focused on Personal Injury and Family Law, including Divorce and Child Custody matters. Tracy Brown represented me in a highly contested personal injury. I had to fight my own insurance company to provide coverage for my injury. He never gave up and today I have been paid 100 percent of both the coverage for the man who rear ended me as well as my uninsured motorist coverage. I would have never known about the additional coverage without tracy on my side. He cares about his clients.
