I have handled hundreds of criminal cases. My clients know from the beginning that we are not simply hoping for a "good offer" but are prepared to go to trial. I have tried cases in both the Federal and the State system. Most of my cases come from referrals from people I have previously represented. I enjoy finding and making the arguments that previously not been made but need to be addressed. Listening to my client so that we can achieve the best outcome for each individual situation is the goal for each case. There is no one size fits all in court, except to be prepared.
