Biography
Jim Durham has been a civil litigator for 34 years. He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and a past President of the State Bar of Georgia. He served on the Judicial Qualifications Commission for Georgia for nine years. He is also a Fellow in the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel. He has been AV rated by Martindale Hubbell for years and has been consistently named as a Georgia Super Lawyer in the area of commercial litigation.
Mr. Durham has tried cases throughout Georgia in both state and federal courts. He has been involved in complex commercial/business litigation, product liability litigation, personal injury, environmental and mass tort litigation. Mr. Durham has also represented a large manufacturing facility in a substantial tax valuation case. He has served in mutiple class action cases intiated in Southeast Georgia.
