District Attorney) before accepting the Governor's appointment as Solicitor-General (prosecutor). He has taught at the law enforcment training center, and served as both a County Attorney and City Attorney. His military service includes the conduct of law enforcement as a military policeman and as a prosecutor and defense counsel in the Army JAG Corps.
