Just retire if you’re not for helping anymore
I'm fairly easy going and just want things done, and I even let some things go that I didnt like b/c ultimately, everything isnt worth fighting. However, the moment I asked for clarification to something I misunderstood he acted very unprofessional and dropped my case b/c I corrected him on how I wi...
In 35 years I have handled 1,000's of cases and clients. It is inevitable that you cannot please everyone and will get a few unhappy clients. Those are the one's that always will post a bad review to get back at you. It's a reflection more on them than me. I believe the Constitution gives us certain rights. But I do not believe in the "entitlement" mentality. You pay a lawyer for their knowledge, experience and advice. It does not make sense to argue with them about the law.

Awesome custody attorney
Mr. Mcmanus was awesome through the whole process from restraining order to custody of my daughter and the denial of legitimation and the appeal which was also denied. He was always on top of his game and for this I will always be truly grateful.

Unprofessional
Mr. McManus was hired to work my divorce case on January 02, 2018 by January 12, 2018, just 10 days later I realize he was not a good fit for me. During our third phone conversation Mr. Mcmanus criticized and questioned my son's school and asked me "are you even educated?". Be mindful of profession...
It is true that I was not a "good fit" for Ms. Griffin. She was adamant about keeping her children in a private school in another County 45 minutes away. I mentioned better public schools closer to her home for enrollment after the divorce. The school she was offended about is ranked #94 out of 116 private K-12 schools in GA (lowest 8%). Sometimes the realities of divorce and life thereafter, and an outsiders view of a child’s school, simply do not match the person’s own ideas or perceptions. When you hire a lawyer, listen to their advice, formed by years of experience and education.

I have been using Mark for 18 years!
Mark has given me excellent advice and counsel over the last 18 years for business as well as personal. He's the best divorce attorney around. He was instrumental in my custody "battle" and made sure that I was given custody, which was the right thing to do! Mark will never fill your head with dreams...

Best Lawyer in Town
Mark did an excellent job representing my son's custody case. Although we are waiting on the judges final decision we could not have asked for better representation! I would recommend him to friends, family and anyone who needs a great lawyer!
