I truly understand what happened to you, Julian Eden. Although I don’t think it is the entire office, just one Attorney and I bet it’s not Miles. I retain the other Attorney and for years since the first of September 2020, I been asking for a statement of the work she done. Which I have yet to rece...ived. The only things I ever got from her ONCE were Incomplete documents emailed to me and those documents at this moment costing me $1250, because she refused to refund me any money or submit a statement. She is very unprofessional. She loses control when you don’t agree with her. She have hung the phone up on me twice. One time, because I was expressing how unprofessional she was and another time because I call her on her cell. She was my attorney and was upset that I had her cell number. A good attorney give you their cell number. I called also and was told she was no longer there. Why can’t people treat others the way they want to be treated, especially the ones you’re paying to do a service. Professional, all her clients should have been informed by her of her moving. Sheppard is now in Brunswick…google her that’s what I did. God Blessed
