I only owed like 600.00 to a emergency medical bill. i had been paying them. i never stopped paying them amounts every month. there may have been once or twice i forgot. Well i guess my 25.00 was never good enough. they then sent my work a garnishment for 600.00 Wanting 25% of my pay. they got ...the whole 600.00 out of one check it was screw any other bills i had. i even tried calling them letting them know i had 100.00 to give them. they did not want to work with me, garnishment was the answer. i even emailed them twice asking what my balance was since i never received statements. i could never get them to answer. the thing is, i can understand if i truly was not trying or had not been making payments but i was. the total bill was 1000 which i thought my insurance would pay some, i got the bill down to 600.00 so you tell me i was not making payments. This is not a good practice to work with. Let something like this get done to their checks and see how they would like it. it was a very harsh thing to do.

This lawyer went through court process to garnish my check over a unpaid medical bill i thought my job insurance took care of. I kept telling my hr that the medical bill paid out. My check was still getting garnish afterwards. I call this lawyer firm and his secretary told me they have my overpaid r...efund garnishment check but I have to wait 90 days to receive my garnishment refund. I don't understand why I got to wait 90 days for my check to return to me. Send my money
