Gage Evan Montgomery

Gage Montgomery attended East Tennessee State University where he graduated cum laude with a degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology. Following undergraduate Gage attended Charleston School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. During law school he earned the highest honors in Professional Responsibility, Mediation of Business Disputes, and Pleadings & Practice.

Gage began doing complex civil work where he focused on personal injury matters. Upon transitioning to criminal defense, Gage went to work with the Eastern Judicial Circuit Public Defenders office where he focused heavily on representing indigent clients on felony matters. Gage then switched to private practice in February of 2022. Gage’s time at the Public Defender’s office has equipped him with an incredible courtroom presence along with the ability to handle a wide array of criminal matters.

Gage is licensed to practice in the State of Georgia.
