Excellent problem solving skills! Couldn't ask for better representation
Samantha was awesome! She took over my case after it had gotten a little messy, and in the matter of a few weeks, maybe it was even days, everything was straightened out and on the right track again. Her whole team was awesome. They had excellent communication, and complete attention to detail. In the end I got exactly what I wanted and I can recommend Samantha without reservation. P.s. If Samantha gives you advice, you should take it! My only regret was that I didn't take her advice on one issue. I could have been a better client. I couldn't find a better lawyer.

Highly recommended for the most challenging cases!
Samantha was an amazing partner and advocate throughout my divorce. I had an incredibly complicated and challenging divorce with multiple layers and Samantha was positive, provided expert advice, and clear guidance throughout the process. She saw my needs as a person, not just a client, and negotiated the best possible settlement for me personally as well as financially. She was incredibly thorough in her review of my case and provided every possible option for me to choose from throughout the process. I would absolutely use her again (although I hope I don't have to for this particular predicament) and would highly recommend her to anyone in her multiple fields of expertise.

Calm and Cool Head
Samantha was calm in a very difficult time for me and my family. She made quality decisions and was direct but kind as well as expedited the divorce. I highly recommend her to anyone facing a divorce.

Ms. Fassett provided the highest level of expertise and service. Her attention to detail was impeccable. Ms. Fassett communicated all needed information between the appropriate parties involved in a very timely manner. Ms. Fassett also made sure to take my wishes as the client into consideration to reach my ultimate goals while making clear all possible outcomes. She did not just push an agenda with alternative motives as can be the case with other lawyers. Overall I would recommend Ms. Fassett for any Family Law related matters.

Excellent service
I hired Mrs Fassett in mid 2016 to help with a custody issue. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and attentive to details.
