Mrs. Lanier handled my case with a level of professionalism with which I was very impressed. She works very hard and is always prepared for for any situation that may arise. She makes herself available most anytime and is very personable. She absoluetly represented me in a completely fair manner an...d always kept me informed of all developments in my case. I hired Mrs. Lanier 8/2018 for 4 traffic tickets my girlfriend and I received passing through Glenn County , GA. 2 "super speeding" violations and 2 failure to move over violations, which were misdemeanor charges. I had consultations with three other lawyers before hiring Mrs. Lanier, who all advised... me i would have to pay the $2600 fines within 30 days, as well as have points on our licenses and a possible criminal record, and also informed us if we wanted additonal time to pay the fines we would have to plead guilty and go on probation. Then I hired Mrs. Lanier, who miraculously got all 4 charges pled down to minor infractions, no points on our licenses, and fines reduction from $2600 to $1000. ADDITIONALLY, she was able to get us an extra thirty days to pay! This is an extremely hard working professional and to be quite honest, if you do not hire her you would be doing yourself a huge disservice. Hired her for a divorce and the entire case she constantly asked if I wanted to go with someone else (like she didn't want to take my case). My ex was not being cooperate at the beginning and we had mediation scheduled so she told me that mediation would be another $1000 which I paid in advance. We c...ame to an agreement before the scheduled date and didn't have to go. She isn't returning the money or any calls.
