He was a D.A. on my case. I ran on foot from police one night because I was operating a vehicle without license which was a mistake but after being caught and taken to jail this D.A. along with CNT agents sit down with me and tell me that if I do not cooperate with them and help them set people up th...at I was going to face drug charges, which I did not have any drugs on me. When I refused to cooperate with them due to me, not knowing anything about any drugs, I later ended up indicted with 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute At which case I'm still fighting to this day 4 years later. I have paid over $30000 in lawyer fees. All because dislawyer was not honest at all. The last plea bargain offered to me in court was twenty years to serve with no parole. So if he is that cold as a d a I would strongly recommend you run the other way if he tries to get you to hire him. I'm practically fighting for my life. Over operating a vehicle without license and running from a cop's own foot.I don't believe the charges match the crime. In court, he likes to use the argument that I have a criminal background. But the fact is that's a dirty argument, because things of the past do not make me guilty of things today. I would also like to add. I believe putting false charges on people is just as illegal as the charges he's trying to say are committed
