Biography
Born on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Attorney Toly Siamos graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a B.A. in Political Science. He went on to attend Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, earning his J.D..
Before becoming an attorney, Toly served as a wildlands firefighter, police officer and DEA task force member. While in Law School, he gained trial experience as a prosecutor for the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General. He prosecuted cases involving unemployment-insurance fraud.
Upon graduation from Law School he joined the Cape and Islands District Attorney's Office and prosecuted DUI and domestic violence cases, until reporting for duty with the United States Army.
As a J.A.G., Captain Siamos' initial assignment was Chief of Claims for FT Stewart/HAAF. Whether training at home or conducting missions abroad, CPT Siamos was responsible for negotiating and resolving claims for damages made against the Government. For the second half of his tour, CPT Siamos was the Legal Assistance Attorney at Hunter Army Airfield. There he helped soldiers and dependents with issues ranging from eviction, child support/custody, divorce as well as military administrative issues. He continues to serve with the U.S. Army Reserve.
His military awards include the Parachutist Badge, Army Commendation Medal, the Army Achievement Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Medal, the Overseas Service Ribbon and the Army Service Ribbon.
Toly's areas of practice include Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Federal and State Criminal Defense, Veteran's Administration Benefits, Military Law and Immigration.
He is admitted to practice law in; Massachusetts, Georgia, The Federal District Court for the Southern District of Georgia and in Military Courts. He is a member of the the Savannah Trial Lawyer's Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association as well as Georgia Personal Injury. In his free time he enjoys training in triathlons, marathons, crossfit and mixed martial arts.

Do not cal this lawyer
This guy is a joke. I got a dui my first offense. I seeked help to him and he promised he would fight for me. At least try to get it reduced. I went to his office and payed the man upfront everything he asked for, it was his job to collect the evidence (video) from the police department to review. W...
