Susannah Pedigo focuses her practice in the area of family law. She has experience in matters related to divorce, child custody, visitation, child support, alimony, pre-nuptial agreements, legitimation and family violence. She has also served as a Guardian Ad Litem for the Superior Courts of Chatham County, Effingham County, and Bryan County when requested by those courts to assist in that capacity.
Ms. Pedigo received her B.S. degree in International Affairs, with high honors, from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1999 and her J.D. degree cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2004. While in law school, Ms. Pedigo participated in Moot Court. She is a 2012 graduate of Leadership Savannah.
Ms. Pedigo is a member of the Savannah Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia. She is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, has been named as a Georgia SuperLawyer and Rising Star on numerous occasions, and she has been named to Georgia Trend's Legal Elite. In 2018, Ms. Pedigo was named The Mediation Center's Stellar Youth Advocate, and in 2019, Ms. Pedigo received the Savannah Bar Association's John B. Miller Award in recognition of her service to the Savannah community.
Throughout her professional career, Ms. Pedigo has served on numerous community Boards and dedicated significant time to charitable organizations. She is presently serving as President of the Board for America's Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia, which is a non-profit dedicated to ending hunger in coastal Georgia.
