Divorce

Mrs. Pedigo was my attorney in my divorce and I was extremely satisfied with her services. Not only that she’s very diligent and precise in her work, but she was very companionate and understanding of what o was going through. She guided me objectively through my divorce process. Her fees are accepta...ble for Savannah and I did not feel she overcharged me un-necessarily. She also has a very good relation with other divorce lawyers which makes it easier for her to support and defend one. Highly recommend her!

Divorce is only the beginning.

I have lots of close friends that are attorneys but I couldn’t hire my friends to represent me in my divorce, but one of them did recommend Susannah Pedigo and I’m so glad they did. Contested divorce cases are very complicated; time consuming, emotionally draining, painful, and if you add children i...nto this, frankly it can get quite disturbing! Most parents would do anything for their kids even go bankrupt to get what they feel is fair in a divorce. The reality is “Fair” doesn’t exist! Without my attorney Susannah Pedigo’s diligent representation and guidance I would have fallen so hard on to these swords (there’s lot of them) that I wouldn’t have ever fully recovered. Susannah helped me see the big picture and separate my emotions from the law, and stop me from risking more than I could ever gain. I’m so grateful for her and the way she treated me like a family member going through hell. Susannah worked on my case for over a year we communicated often though emails and on the phone. I never had to wait more than 24 hour to get a response and often within 15 minutes even after hours. Susannah is a fast study and brilliant attorney; dedicated to her client’s, I often felt I was her only client. The truth is divorce isn’t then end, it’s the beginning of a new way of living your life and you need to be ready emotionally, financially and have a great attorney to get you there. Thank you Susannah Pedigo for all your hard work in getting me ready for the next chapter in my life!

Competent and Patient!

Mrs. Pedigo is very competent, well spoken and extremely knowledgeable about law. Her guidance and understanding not only reassured me but won our case! I would recommend her to anyone seeking legal council pertaining to family law.

Susannah Rogers Pedigo - A Highly Competent, Compassionate and Professional Attorney

I retained Attorney Pedigo to represent me in my divorce. My case had all the ear markings to be complicated, extremely contentious and drawn out. She exhibited a professionalism that respected my emotional ups and downs, clearly explained the law to me and suggested the best course of actions to ...take. Susannah masterfully identified and effectively navigated the nuances of the dissolution of my marriage. Because of her research, preparation and strong representation, my divorce was settled to my satisfaction and within a shorter time frame than I anticipated.

One of the top attorneys in Chatham County and beyond

I lucked out in finding Mrs. Pedigo to represent me in my custody case. Not only is she extremely professional and knowledgeable, she planned ahead, defended my weaknesses, and highlighted my strengths. She is highly organized and always prepared. Had I not had Mrs. Pedigo as my attorney, I don't... believe I would have been able to obtain 50-50 custody of my children. Mrs. Pedigo was extremely patient with me as well, as going through a divorce and a custody battle is an extremely difficult time. She saved me money at many points throughout my case and did not try and run my bill up as fast as possible. I didn't take a financial hit in the settlement and I am not an every other weekend father and have custody of my children half the year solely because of her. I'm quite confident in the fact that whatever side Mrs. Pedigo is representing, the results will be better than expected. I can't say enough good things about her. All you have to do is meet with her once and you'll understand why.
