Kevin J. Kuhn

I sought out Mr. Kuhn based on a recommendation from my accountant. Mr. Kuhn did an excellent job in quickly obtaining incorporation documents, serving as Registering Agent. This is my first business, and he has also been very helpful with answering my newbie questions on how to start a business account, report annual meetings, and handle unemployment compensation payments to the state of Illinois. Cost for services was very reasonable, and I would gladly seek his help in the future.
