Fraser Rowell- Klein is a compassionate, whip-smart attorney who is skillful and persistent in seeking justice for her clients. Mrs. Rowell was very instrumental in arranging help for my niece who was living in Savannah and had emotional difficulties for the last couple years of her life. As we understand, she was somewhat homeless and often was taken in by authorities and confined for periods of time.
