I would recommend anyone I know to use The Schneider Law Firm. I live out of state, am young, had many questions, and no clue what to expect. The firm contacted me and told me step by step what would happen. They answered every question I had and stayed in touch with me on any updates regarding the c...ase. Chris Schneider genuinely cared about my case and wanted the best outcome for me. Also, his office staff was amazing. If I emailed or called with a question they would get back with me within the hour. They were very efficient and thorough. From giving me directions, advising me on what to have ready for court, when and where to appear, etc. This firm handled my case and got it resolved to a verdict I never thought could happen. From the first day of my incident I knew that my life as I knew it to be was never going to be the same. I also knew that I was going to need help and lots of it. My future was now entirely in his hands, and so began our long journey. Throughout our 2 and a half year long battle Cris never let me down. Everything that he said he could do for me he did and much more. Many times my stress levels were out the roof and he took the time to reassure me that he had it all under control and to trust him. His communication with me was key in keeping me calm throughout it all. Believe it or not just a simple Christmas card from him made me feel like I wasn't just a paycheck but that he truly cared about me. I was thankful for having such an amazing and caring team working on my behalf. I know that I will never in my life need to call on Cris again but will forever be thankful for all that he has made possible for me. Remember to never lose hope, this too shall pass. During normal duty hours the staff are easily accessible. Rather that be by phone, email, or in person. If any questions arise, they definitely will put your mind at ease. I hands down highly recommend this firm. I moved to a different state and I only had to make two court appearances in two years t...hat it took the Savannah Courts to bring my case to a close.
