Mr. Schneider earned his Juris Doctor degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. in 1995. He practiced law in Atlanta for 10 years specializing in state and federal criminal defense. While in Atlanta, Mr. Schneider worked with nationally known criminal defense attorney Drew Findling at the Findling Law Firm defending clients on numerous charges ranging from minor offenses to multi-million dollar federal conspiracy cases. During his time at the firm he represented numerous high-profile clients, including celebrities, high ranking political officials, and professional athletes.
After relocating to coastal Georgia, Mr. Schneider joined the Atlantic Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office where he served as the lead trial attorney for both Bryan and McIntosh counties. He was a featured educator and speaker for prosecutors throughout the state of Georgia. Mr. Schneider was an esteemed faculty member in the Litigation for Prosecutors program and is the author of the study, “Looking Down from the Benches and Up from the Trenches,” a study in judicial and law enforcement perspectives on prosecutors which he presented to over 700 prosecutors from across the state of Georgia.
Mr. Schneider left the District Attorney’s Office to open The Schneider Law Firm realizing his passion for helping people and their families. Since then, Mr. Schneider has represented numerous clients in State and Federal Courts and was appointed Hinesville City Solicitor. Mr. Schneider is active in a number of professional organizations including the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, he is the Vice President of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is an active member with both the Atlantic Judicial Circuit and the Savannah Bar Associations.
