Warren E. Ratchford

In 2014 we chose Mr. Ratchford as our closing attorney when we refinanced our home, and last year he drew up some estate documents for us. The re-finance went very smoothly, and although the estate documents were delayed due to critical, time-sensitive work for other clients (we were in no rush t...o have them), the final results were precisely what we had hoped for, and we recognize and certainly appreciate Warren's integrity: he adjusted his fee for the estate documents to reflect the delay even though we had not asked. The office staff are friendly and professional, and we get consistently clear answers to our questions in understandable "Non-Lawyer-ese", which leaves us feeling confident in the decisions we make based on those answers.
