Very knowledgeable and reliable.

Mr. Dejesus was very knowledgeable with family law. He was very thorough with his advice and was always prepared to answer any question that I may have. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking an attorney that is professional and someone who invests their time and efforts into a case.

Compassionate, honest, and competent

Mr. DeJesus represented me in a contempt order against my ex-husband who violated our divorce decree. I remember Mr. DeJesus patiently explaining the process and making the effort to update me on the progress. I felt supported by him and felt he had my best interest at heart. Another important caveat... is that I moved to a different state when the contempt issues with ex-husband escalated, but was able to continue working with Mr. DeJesus without having to travel to GA in-person. We communicated well via phone and email. This was a huge stress relief! With Mr. DeJesus' steady guidance, I received the outcome I had been hoping for. I would recommend him to others! to arrive at a favorable solution to a divorce decree that was not honored by my ex-husband. He remained calm during the process and made himself available whenever I had questions.

Great Experience

He did a really great job. He answered all my questions and made it an easy process considering the circumstances. Had uncontested divorce made every thing go smoother was divorced within a month in a half. He was very knowledgeable and being Active duty he understood my situation. Would definetly re...comend to others.

DAD WINS

Jonathan was able to help me successfully obtain Primary Physical Custody of my 4 year old son, which is not easy to do considering the stereotype of the mom always getting the child. Since my ex is Active Duty Jonathan knew what docs to request and what questions to ask since he is a LTC (reserves) ...himself. He is well known in the circuit which was proven by the judge calling him by name when we first started and referencing his Army Reserve status during the trial. At the time Jonathan had 30+ cases but portrayed that he only had one case, mine!! This was again proven when every time we had a meeting the only thing on his desk was my paperwork and the extent of detail brought out in trial showed he did his homework and pulled the important things out that I told him when we discussed my case. I would and have recommended Jonathan to others.

I welcome any opportunity to work with Mr. DeJesus, and I believe criminal defendants in need of a good trial attorney would do well to retain him. He certainly knows the law and puts the government through its paces!"

"I endorse Jonathan. He has the experience in family law and military matters to well represent his clients. He is always professional in his demeanor and approach, and calm "under fire." I know him professionally from cases we have had against one another, from cases in which he has served as a Guardian ad Litem, and because I have personally referred people to him, which is about the highest compliment a fellow attorney can give."
