All his commercials target the black population, Rap songs is not what black people is all about. From personal experience, He does not help you with doctor appointments nor help you find or take care of your medical needs from the accident. His staff is more of a “Do as I say attitude “. Yes, he wi...ll come out and evaluate the accident, but that's in his best interest. I called him on a Friday during the Memorial Day weekend to let him know I did not appreciate how his legal team was responding to my needs and Mike Hostilo told me to call on Monday to talk with the same person I was just complaining to him about like what I told him didn't matter. He is the most uncaring, unsympathetic professional person I’ve ever talked to. He wanted to involve my insurance company when I had nothing to do with the incident just to get money. Mike Hostilo is the worst choice anyone could make.

Absolutely would NEVER recommend this law firm. They were bullies from the start wanting to settle my case fast and for less. I fought for what I received which wasn't nearly enough for what I live with daily. They didn't fight on my behalf at all. Troy the "lawyer" called the night before my diposit...ion and just told me the attorney for the guy who hit me was a son of a b..ch, didn't guide me on anything for the dipostion. He wasn't prepared at all. Came in wearing wrinkled clothes. No files. The other attorney was sharp dressed with all my medical files. Then Troy cussed at me when I went back to hear the dipostion of the guy. Told me to get the h.ll out of there. Although the guy that hit me sat in on my part.I still have medical bills that weren't paid out of the settlement. Mike's law firm charged me $1500 for postage and to receive my medical records and bills. Yet they say they didn't get all of them. I have called at least 50 times over the last several months and nobody will return my calls. This company is a scam. Cause they got their $11,500 out and hauled tail. I'm no longer needed. And they don't care that the bills are in collections. All bills were sent to them so I just found out after the collectors started calling. Would discourage anyone from hiring this firm. I wouldn't even give them one star.

No matter how many times I called or followed up with my case someone always return my call or updated me with the latest info on my claim. This guy really knows modern techniques to handle claims instead of old traditional ways, even when I needed some money up front I got a settlement claim loan u...ntil my settlement came in and then I had received the rest of my money later! Mike Hostilo firm really put people interest at heart! Special thanks to Joel Callaway!

Reading other reviews, it is clear that many people do not understand their case nor participate in the process of the settlement. Jason Wolf, the Attorney advocating the case on my behalf and his Paralegal Nate are very thoughtful and thorough. They demonstrate almost an immediate response rate to... emails or calls whenever I have a question or check in on the status of the case. Mike himself has been readily available when responding to message I have left on two occasions. Patience is a virtue, no law firm is capable of paying out some huge settlement with only a month or so after being retained. The Attorney on the clients behalf is literally fighting insurance companies to other law firms and hospital PT information records all day everyday from all directions. Understanding your case is crucial. Personal injury is delicate because we all feel we deserve the maximum dollar amount that is glorified by other firms commercials. It’s personal injury yet there are still statutes of limitations and fair settlement amounts pertaining to the individual details of each case. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIKES FIRM AND ADVISE THAT AS A CLIENT YOU EDUCATE YOURSELF ON DETAILS OF YOUR PARTICULAR CASE BY COMMUNICATING AND ASKING QUESTIONS.
