Biography
David H. McCain graduated with an accounting degree from the University of Georgia. During each of his three years in law school, David was elected by his fellow students to serve as a justice on the law school’s Honor Court, and he served as the Chief Justice in his final year. After graduating cum laude from the Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law, David focused his practice in the area of civil litigation.
David has experience representing seriously injured clients in catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, workers’ compensation and premises liability cases, and has successfully represented clients in bad faith actions against major insurance companies. David has practiced before trial courts across the State of Georgia, has assisted clients in appeals before the Georgia Court of Appeals, and has argued before the Supreme Court of Georgia.
