Biography
A native of Georgia, Raymond M. Kelley is a practicing attorney and registered mediator. Raymond graduated from the University of Denver College of Law in 1974, and was admitted to practice in Colorado in October of that year. In 1981, he returned to Macon and became an associate, and later partner, with the law firm of Westmoreland, Patterson and Moseley. In 1989, Raymond started his own practice, specializing in the areas of domestic relations, family law and personal injury law. Ray has been mediating since 1995.

Review of Raymond Kelley
Mr. Kelley assisted me through a trouble free divorce. But he is most appreciated for helping me obtain legal guardianship of my great niece. This case was not a typical custody case, but Mr. Kelley went above and beyond to help me.
