He was paid very well to represent my Mr. Solomon and has never contacted his client in any shape form or fashion! Will not return any calls and as a matter of fact I called him and told him why I was calling about and he acted like he wasn’t Mr. Raines and said he would pass the message to him! I a...m pursuing the state bar to take some kind of action against this man that obviously doesn’t care about his job, license and no one but himself!

I hire him back in Sept 2022 for a case that was a Clear cut and dry case. I had all the evidence proving my innocence. The 1st ring he should have done was suppose to be getting the M.O.D then file to dismiss the warrants. He wouldn’t return phone calls or texts for weeks at the time. It got to th...e point I had to threaten to get my money back to get him to answer. Then is was a short response. Finically after 3 times asking to return my money I had to make a complaint to the bar association.. He’s been telling me for a month he’s gonna return my money even told me how much but I’ve yet to see it.
