David Dozier

David Dozier is a lifelong Macon, Georgia native and the Managing Partner of Dozier Law Firm, LLC — one of Georgia's most established and respected personal injury law firms. With more than 25 years of legal experience, David has devoted his career to fighting for individuals and families who have been harmed by the negligence of others.

Born and raised in Macon, David graduated cum laude from Mercer University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science in 1994, completing a program that traditionally takes four or more years in just over two. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 1998 and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia that same year. Dozier Law
David began his legal career at Dozier Law Firm, LLC — the firm his father, Zack Dozier, founded with a mission to provide top-quality legal representation to individuals injured through the negligence of others. Today, David carries that legacy forward as Managing Partner. 

He handles complex personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, truck collisions, premises liability, medical malpractice, negligent security, and wrongful death. 

David is known for his deeply personal approach to client representation. He works to ensure that every client receives both excellent medical care and the strongest possible legal advocacy — standing up against insurance companies and powerful corporations on behalf of everyday Georgians.
