Biography
I was born and raised in Macon. I have been with Westmoreland, Patterson, Moseley & Hinson, LLP since 1993. Over the years, my practice has involved various areas of civil litigation. However, in the last 10 years, I have focused on Employee Benefits and Insurance issues including: ERISA and non-ERISA benefits (short/long term disability, retirement, life, and health). I a member of the Employee Benefits section of the State Bar of Georgia. I also practice extensively in the area of Probate and Estate Law, as well as continues to do some miscellaneous, general civil litigation. Over the years, I have lectured on various topics relating to Employment Law; Wills, Trusts and Estates; and Collections.
I am married to a wonderful and supporting wife, Natalie, and the father of three busy children, Madelyn, Jackson, and Sarah. I am involved in numerous community activities and organizations, serve in various leadership positions, and have coached a number of local youth sports teams.
