I graduated from Auburn University in 1971 in Business and Economics and the University of Georgia School of Law in 1974. I am licensed to practice law in both Georgia (1974) and Florida (1994). I am active in the American Bar Association's Military Family Law Committee and in the Georgia and Florida Family Law Sections. I serve as the Chair of the Georgia Bar's Military and Veterans Law Section and frequently present Continuing Legal Education programs for the Georgia Bar Association. In my private practice I focus on Family Law and especially how military and federal civil service benefits (e.g., pensions, survivor benefits, health (TRICARE & FEHB) coverage, Thrift Savings Plans, and other federal benefits) can be preserved in a divorce or legal separation. I assist other attorneys as an expert witness and consultant in drafting court orders that divide Military, CSRS, FERS and TSP accounts between the parties in a divorce. I have drafted and and defended through the Georgia General Assembly legislation that benefits and protects miltiary members in trial courts determining child support, child custody, and parental access to children while a parent is absent due to deployments. I was recognized in 2011 by the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Geogia for my contributions to the military community.

Trial Court's child support order was successfully appealed and Mr. Camp's client prevailed in how mother's sharing of boarding schools expenses were in lieu of paying the other parent child support
