Nicholas Earl White

We hired Mr. White to represent my son in a misdemeanor criminal case. He was unprepared and didn’t object to any of these due process violations made by the hearing officer at my son’s parole hearing. We have since filed a habeas that we are very confident we will win. It was evident Mr. White had n...ot done any research into my son’s case and was terribly unprepared by his own admission. My son has now been incarcerated for almost 2 years for a misdemeanor crime he didn’t commit. We hired other attorneys (one even being a part time magistrate judge) that wanted the easy money by having my son plea out. That is a guilty plea in court and with parole that opens up the door like it did for my son, to revoke you in full (8 yrs here). We are still fighting for justice and we will be seeking compensation.
