OUTCOME: Acquittal for Murder

For confidentiality sake, I won't mention the county, case number or client's name. My client was charged as a party to the murder of his infant son. The child literally died from starvation - the au ... topsy photos were horrific and very sad. But my client was completely innocent. The guilty party, the mother, was convicted of murder. My client was not.
