James W. Davis

I filed Chp. 7 Bankruptcy with his firm in March. It was taken care of pretty swiftly. The paralegal I worked with handled the majority of the paperwork and any questions I had before and after the whole thing. The only time I met Mr. Davis was when I needed to sign my paperwork. He is very laid back... and makes sure you understand everything you are signing and getting ready to do. The only complaint I have is that he never did come to my creditors meeting, as he said he would, and instead sent a new hire I had never met, an hour late. It was a bit uncomfortable and now I am left with a sour taste in my mouth. Bankruptcy isn't easy and it can be embarrassing. That made it more so. However, compared to every other attorney in this city, I would still recommend this office.
